We encourage pastors, leaders, and churches by building meaningful relationships and walking alongside them through every season of ministry.

Ministry can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. No pastor or church leader should have to walk that road alone. At the Dyer Baptist Association, we are committed to encouraging those on the front lines by strengthening their hearts, affirming their calling, and reminding them they are not alone.

We do this through fellowship events, retreats, prayer, regular check-ins, and intentional care for ministry families. We celebrate what God is doing in our churches and stand with leaders during difficult seasons. Our goal is to create a culture where encouragement is not occasional, but ongoing.

When leaders are strengthened, they remain faithful—and faithfulness over time leads to stronger churches and greater kingdom impact.
